About the Program
Our Campus Liaison Program is designed specifically for university students who want to gain real-world experience while making a meaningful impact in education. As a Campus Liaison, you'll help educational institutions discover how Cheddar Scholar can help their students find scholarship opportunities.
This is a flexible, part-time position that works around your class schedule. You'll develop valuable professional skills in sales, communication, and relationship building that will benefit you throughout your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential institutional partners (colleges, universities, scholarship programs)
- Reach out to institutions via email, phone, and social media to introduce Cheddar Scholar
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for interested institutions
- Maintain relationships with prospective partners throughout the sales process
- Track outreach activities and results in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies
- Represent Cheddar Scholar at virtual and in-person events (when applicable)
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or college program
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable with technology and learning new tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for education and helping students succeed
- Available to work 10-15 hours per month with flexible scheduling
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, or outreach experience
- Experience with CRM systems or sales tools
- Involvement in campus organizations or student government
- Knowledge of the scholarship/financial aid landscape
- Strong social media presence or digital marketing skills

Time Commitment
- Hours: 10-15 hours per month (flexible scheduling)
- Duration: Minimum 3-month commitment, with option to extend
- Schedule: Work around your class schedule - set your own hours
- Meetings: Monthly team check-in (1 hour) at a mutually agreed time
